How to contact the team?

We check our messages daily. Once we receive your call or text and confirm that you are seeking assistance with your citizenship, we will place you on our prescreening list.

How long does it take?
The application for naturalization is considered the conclusion of your immigration history. It will be your last time appearing in front of immigration to ask for relief. As a result, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will review your immigration file from the beginning. In order to ensure that there are no problems with your case, the naturalization team will have to know everything about your history. We assemble the information in a series of steps.

1) Prescreening:
This is the initial contact that we will have with you. We will contact you and ask basic questions. At the end of that conversation, we will ask you to send us a copy of your documents. Once we receive your documents, you will be moved from prescreening to our ready for intake list.

***It is very important that you provide us with the documents. If we do not receive them, your case will not be moved to the next step.

2) Intake:
The Naturalization team will contact you to schedule a video or phone call to go over your immigration history. This call typically takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This is a very important step because it will help us determine how to better assist you. In this stage, we will also determine if your case needs a medical exemption and if you qualify for a fee waiver.
After the intake, the counselor who spoke to you will present the case to the team. Our supervising attorney will decide whether we need additional information, more research or if the case is approved to move to the next step.

***The counselors are not accredited representatives or attorneys. They are unable to give you legal advice. They can note your questions and relay them to the supervising attorney.

3) Fill out Application:
At this point, we will have all the information that we need to fill out the application to apply for U.S. citizenship. Next, we will schedule you for a phone or video appointment to review the questions in Form N-400- Application for Naturalization.

4) Putting it all together:
After we complete all of the appropriate forms, we will prepare the application package to be sent to our supervising attorney for review. Once the supervising attorney returns the reviewed application back to us, we will mail the completed package to you to be signed and mailed to USCIS.

We will be with you from the beginning to the end of the process! Let us help you celebrate your journey!
