Aida Ocasio

Aida Ocasio is the Office Assistant at the Brooklyn office of Catholic Migration Services where she maintains the day-to-day operations. She is the crucial point of reference for answering client’s initial questions, scheduling, and assigning client appointments. Aida combines her patience and discretion to answer client’s questions, schedule appointments and direct clients to supportive resources and organizations that can enhance their quality of life. Aida joined Catholic Migration in 2001 and has been a crucial point of reference for clients given her ability to communicate effectively and her support of client self-advocacy. In her time at Catholic Migration Services, Aida has been inspired by the positive attitude of staff and clients, and she has maintained a helpful and familiar dynamic in the Brooklyn office. Aida is fluent in Spanish.
