Michelle Millan

Michelle Millan is a tenant organizer at Catholic Migration Services where she works closely with Queens tenants. Michelle helps organize tenant associations & tenant outreach to advocate for better living conditions and mobilize tenants to join the housing movement. As well as community meetings focused on our tenants’ long term & short-term visioning for housing justice, & political education. She is part of the Stabilizing NYC campaign, a city-wide effort led by a coalition of 14 organizations of which Catholic Migration is a member.

Previously, Michelle has done grassroots work alongside the Jackson Heights Community Fridge & has organized around diverse issues including immigration rights, food insecurity & union work. Michelle attended BMCC where she studied Communications. She is fluent in Spanish.
