Your contribution to the COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund will enable Catholic Migration Services to continue supporting our clients through these uncertain times by providing emergency financial assistance to our clients, regardless of their immigration status.



Due to the evolving outbreak pertaining to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis, the offices of Catholic Migration Services are currently closed, but our staff is working remotely to assist our community with immigration, housing, and employment legal matters.


Immigration Assistance

Catholic Migration Services offers free legal screenings and services to documented and undocumented immigrants residing in Brooklyn and Queens. Services include Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA), family reunification, asylum and humanitarian relief, naturalization, and deportation defense.

Housing Assistance

Catholic Migration Services offers one-on-one consultations and legal services to ensure low-income families in Brooklyn and Queens receive dignified and affordable housing. Services include obtaining repairs, eviction/nonpayment defense, DHCR matters, harassment, illegal lock-outs and more.

Workers' Rights Assistance

Catholic Migration Services provides free legal representation for workers. We handle cases involving wage theft, unsafe conditions, unemployment insurance, paid sick leave, workplace injuries, discrimination, harassment, and crimes. Línea Laboral, our hotline providing workers’ rights information and assistance, is open to all residents of New York.
