Alice Davis
Alice Davis is the Deputy Director of Catholic Migration Services, where she assists with operations and oversees grant reporting and funding opportunities. Alice has been with Catholic Migration Services since 2013, when she began her employment as a staff attorney with the Workers’ Rights Program. During her time with the Workers’ Rights Program, she represented low-wage workers in wage and hour, sexual harassment, and other employment related claims, and served as the Managing Attorney for the program from 2022 until 2024.
She received her B.A. from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized study, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, she performed clinical work, providing low-income clients with legal assistance in employment, immigration, and housing matters. Prior to joining Catholic Migration Services, she served as a fellow at Legal Services of New Jersey in their Workers’ Legal Rights Project.
Alice is admitted to practice law in state and federal court in New York, New Jersey, and in the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She speaks Spanish.
