Evan Finnerty

Evan Finnerty is a DOJ Accredited Immigration Counselor on the Naturalization team. After completing his Bachelor’s degree at Fordham University, he received his Master’s degree in Middle East studies from the CUNY Graduate Center, focusing on international diplomacy and history. Prior to joining CMS, Evan worked as a case manager at the Worker’s Justice Project, where he assisted New York’s delivery workers to recover lost wages, and regularly met with delivery-app company executives to advocate for justifiable wages and safety protections for delivery app workers in New York. Evan is fluent in French and Spanish, and speaks proficient Arabic.
