Registration for Affirmative Consultations

Registration for affirmative consultations take place on the dates below. Clients who need assistance in this category consist of family based immigration cases which include adjustment of status (individuals who want to file for someone who resides within the US), consular processing (individuals who want to file for someone who resides outside of the US), U visas (crime witness/victim), and Violence Against Women’s Act (VAWA).

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 


 

Consultations for Affirmative Applications

Consultations for Citizenship by Appointment

Consultations are available by appointment only for eligible green card holders who wish to become American citizens regardless of residence. Find out about our monthly citizenship clinics here.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 


 

Consultations for Removal Defense Project by Appointment

Consultations are available by appointment only for immigrant New Yorkers residing in Brooklyn and Queens, who are seeking assistance in deportation (or removal) proceedings. We represent immigrants before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (the federal administrative court that conducts immigration proceedings) at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY.

2018 Dates: Friday, June 29 and July 27
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
